Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Canada. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. Free shipping is available on orders over $100 CAD; standard rates apply below this threshold and are calculated at checkout.

Local Delivery (Oakville/Burlington area)

For select local orders, we offer complimentary hand-delivery in place of courier shipping. You’ll receive delivery confirmation directly from us (including a photo of your delivered package) once it’s dropped off.

If an item in your order is unavailable at the time of processing, we will contact you with an updated timeline or alternative options before shipping.
